At the End of the season PPSL holds 2 Championship meets: 

• Westside (B) Champs at North Hills Swim Club – 6346 Daly Rd. 45224
• A Champs (prelims, then finals) at Mason Municipal Aquatic Center- 6249 Mason Montgomery Rd. Mason, OH 45040

A Champs are hosted at Mason Municipal Aquatic Center, on July 14th and 15th.

July 14th are Prelims and will be broken into 2 Sessions

• 1st Session: 12&under. (8&U relays are final)
• 2nd Session: 13&older

July 15th are Finals (top 16 swimmer, plus alternates) and all age groups will swim in the same session.

Volunteer Requirements:

• Clinton Hills provides Runner for all 3 sessions
• 2 timers/ session
• 1-2 Officials

PPSL holds 2 B meets: Eastside and Westside.  Clinton Hills attends the Westside Meet at North Hills Swim Club, July 13th.

This meet is a LOT of fun!  There is a Coaches Relay, Split the Pot and just all around fun evening of kids swimming.  

Meet Details: 

• Warm-ups: 4:20-4:40 (Clinton Hills Lanes 4-6)
• 4:00-5:30 Warm-ups 
• 5:15 Timers & Officials meeting 
• 5:30 Coach Relay 
• 5:40 Meet Start
• Food & Drink: We have a fabulous grill available with food starting at around 5:00. We have our famous Froggie cheesesteaks, hot dogs, burgers, veggie burgers, and much more. We also have a bake sale, and the snack bar will also be open with drinks, Slush Puppies, popcorn, and candy. Bring cash for snack bar, bake sale, and grill! The grill will also accept Venmo.
• PARKING:  We are expecting a lot of families, and we have limited parking on site. We will have attendants on site to direct families to available parking spots. If families can carpool together, it will help ease the congestion. You are also able to park on Daly Rd. but be mindful of fire hydrants.

Volunteer Requirements: 

• Clerk of Course - assigned as needed within your team 
• 2 Timers and Watches for each half. (lane 6)
