Claire started my swim career YEARS ago at this very pool, making her an alumni Dolphin! She attended and swam at University of Toledo. In 2023, she was inducted into their Hall of Fame (an amazing accomplishment and privilege). In her 20s she was an assistant coach for CHSC. She then coached the Seven Hills Junior High for a few years, before moving to Colorado. Claire and her husband moved back to Cincy the fall of 2025. She is currently the Head Coach for Seven Hills High School, and a CPS teacher. Claire brings a rare combination of elite swimming credentials, proven coaching leadership, and deep familiarity with our club culture. Importantly, she has extensive experience coaching swimmers across a wide range of ages and abilities.

I'm Josie Schneider and I just completed my freshman year at University of Wisconsin-Madison. This is my second year as an assistant coach.  I have been a dolphin since I was six, and have always grown up watching many of the older kids become coaches and wanting to eventually be one too. I have swam club since I was seven for the Mercy Healthplex SeaWolves and the Cincinnati Marlins; where volunteered as a coach for the Platinum Group for swimmers with disabilities and special needs. I love swimming so much and my earliest memories with the sport come from Clinton Hills, and I can't wait to give other swimmers the passion and love for swimming that I have.

Hello, my name is Desmond Distel, I’ve been a swimmer at Clinton Hills for 11 years and I’m excited to say that this year I’m going to be a coach! I’m a freshman triple major in studio art, art history, and biology with a concentration in environmental studies at Kalamazoo College where I’m also continuing my swimming career. I’ve lifeguarded and taught swim lessons at Clinton Hills for the past 4 years and I am a graduate of Clark Montessori High School. I’m super excited to be a coach for Clinton Hills and help share my love of swimming with the swimmers to come. Go Dolphins!
