Swim Team Coordinator

Carly Stone is the Dolphin's Swim Team Coordinator, CHSC Board Member, and CHSC Swim Team Rep in PPSL (Private Pool Swim League).

This is Carly's third year as Swim Team Coordinator and we are lucky to have her!! She has four boys--who will all be swimming for the dolphins this year--and has been a part of CHSC swim team for 9 years. She is organized and adept at solving all of the problems that inevitably arise. Carly is the knower of all things swim--if she can't answer a question, she knows exactly who can. She works to ensure our kids (and coaches and parents) have a great swim season. Please reach out to her if you are unsure as to where to direct your question or concerns.

Meet/Computer Coordinator

Interested in learning how to run the computer at a Home Swim Meet?  Or what that role even means?

Catherine Pray-Bollman is our lady wizard behind the Computer, as well as, Swim Rep for CHSC in PPSL (Private Pool Swim League).  She assists the Coaches with inputting events for meets, coordinates with other teams to make meets run smooth and is the wonderful person that helps with those last minute "oops I forgot to register" moments...and so much more!  Without Catherine our meets would not run smooth, if at all.

Volunteer Coordinators

Have a question about Volunteering or about a specific job description?

Look to our Volunteer Coordinators, Andrea Doyle & Emma Kitzmiller.  These ladies are the faces that you will see at meets, making sure that parents are filling roles they signed up for, so that the meet can run smoothly.  They also work behind the scenes checking that our Volunteer spots are being filled, as well as, keeping track of the amount of volunteer positions each family fills.  We do not require that families fill a specific number of roles per season.  However, we encourage every family to work at least 3 volunteer spots.

New Parent Liaison

Navigating the Swim world can be overwhelming at times, therefore we want to provide our families with as many answers and support as we can. The beauty of this team is the community it is built upon. Where veteran parents and swimmers assist the new members (we’ve all been there).

Understanding meets, requirements of parents/swimmer, how to read a Heat sheet, what is a heat sheet, how do I write on my kids arm, what is an IM, there are many questions that present themselves.

We are grateful to have fellow swim moms, Betsy Briner & Megan Jones, as our New Parent Liaisons. Betsy & Megan, individually have 3 kids on the team and have been part of the Dolphins team for over seven years. They know how overwhelming a new sport can be and are excited to support and answer questions you may have. Please don’t hesitate to reach out.
